Open nose with aromas of stone fruit, candied and fresh citrus fruit and meadow flowers, plus spices, roasted nuts and a little honey. Herbs and mineral notes in the background. Elegant on the palate, with plenty of flavour, crisp acidity and a salty character. Very long finish.
