Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflexes, brightening on the rim. Ripe dark cherries, fine hint of liquorice and cassis, a touch of fine oak, spicy nuances. Juicy, complex, elegant, pronounced in fruit texture, ripe dark fruit, firm tannins, some nougat in the finish, mineral touch in the echo, very great length, certain ageing potential for years.
