The white wine »8grad14minuten« Weißburgunder trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Werther-Windisch has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Clearly muted primary fruit on the nose, a slight hint of cedar wood from the ageing process, elegant and ambitious. On the palate, the Pinot Blanc is well-balanced, definitely with a hint of seaweed, completely dry, salty, smooth. A small masterpiece for gastronomy.
