Tasting Notes
The rosé is a fine salmon colour in the glass. There is only delicate fruit on the nose, some strawberry and rose hip pulp. On the palate, the rosé is full-bodied, viscous, very ripe, with just under 10 g/l of residual sugar and a little confit-like.
