Tasting Notes
The grapey, slightly yeasty aroma is indeed somewhat reminiscent of Chasselas. On the palate, the wine has firm acidity, a straightforward, medium-bodied structure and a vinous finish. A versatile, unobtrusive accompaniment to food.
