Aromas of ripe red fruit, sweet cherry, plum, some clove, with ripe blackberry and fresh thyme behind it. Full-bodied tannins on the palate provide a velvety, powerful attack with lovely freshness, before the core of cherry, sloe and plum takes over. Has a good structure and length.
