The white wine »SZ« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Zähringer has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
At first a slightly powdery and vanilla-scented nose, then fine nutty notes such as white hazelnuts emerge. Juicy on the palate with well-integrated citrus=led acidity. It's both fresh and plump at the same time with an elegant drinking flow and a long finish. Very well made.
