Tasting Notes
Honeyed candy, ripe charentais melon and a clear herbal aroma. On the palate, it is downright slender, crisp, neither really narrow in alcohol nor in extract, but nevertheless focused, almost with a certain bite and with good substance for a few years of development. A juicy finish with the same Keuper spiciness as the nose.
