The white wine NV »Gemini« Weißburgunder & Chardonnay trocken from the winery Weinhaus am Wißberg has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Partly aged in barriques, this cuvée is very subtle when freshly opened and requires more time. Beautiful density on the palate, smooth and elegant texture, pear, almond and an unobtrusive touch of oak. "Gemini" also flatters with a fine residual sweetness.
