The white wine »Premium« Grauer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weinmanufaktur Gengenbach-Offenburg has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Very open aromas of varietal fruit, with notes of pear compote, honeydew melon and blueberry. On the palate, there is a combination of an intense minerality with a wide (but not broad) structure, typical of the variety. The concentration and length are extraordinarily good, a firm but also well-integrated acidity brings juiciness and tension to the wine.
