Tasting Notes
A distinctly savoury fragrance: thyme, menthol and camphor, with bacon plum and sour cherry underneath. Really complex! The palate starts juicy and supple, even slightly oily, then unfolds a ripe tannin, extracted in quantity with a sense of proportion, and finishes compact, with a juiciness and a tightly interwoven texture. Very good length and very good certain ageing potential.
