The white wine »Supremus« Sommerach Katzenkopf Weißburgunder Spätlese trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Winzer Sommerach – Die Genossenschaft has been rated in 2016 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Franconia in Germany.
Its aroma may be both a powerful reminder and a juicy promise. We find roasted almonds, passion fruit, buttercream, galia melon and delicately tart apples. Its time in new wooden barrels now tastes sweet, spicy, tart and powerful.
