Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe light-coloured fruit, pear and red apple, with fine smoke and some vanilla too, then followed by delicate savouriness on the nose. On the palate there's a freshness-giving acidity and a core of green apple, with a delicately grippy character. Well balanced and elegant with plenty of power over a mineral base.
