Mineral, salty, subtle white pepper, flint on the nose, fresh lemons, white peach, quince, mint. Structured on the palate, dense and full-bodied, yet elegant, creamy base of bright fruit, surrounded by a delicate acidity with traction, long mineral finish, salty, peppery, versatile food wine.
