The white wine Helius feinherb, vintage 2021 from the winery Witt Wein has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points.
A relatively deep colour, lemon yellow with golden reflections. Herbaceous, savoury and peppery notes on the nose, the fruit shows aromas of candied lemon peel. The palate structure is fresh and balanced, sweetness and acidity both remain comparatively restrained, the wine finishes juicy and harmonious, without any single component being overpowering.
