Tasting from 28.10.2020: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Brilliant pale yellow. Honey and roasted almonds on the nose, slightly of overripe citrus fruits. Very yellow-fruity on the palate, like tropical fruits, not a big sip but coherent, very fruity, hits a little crosswise.

More about the tasting

Brilliant light silver with persistent mousse. Delicate flowers and some flint on the nose, medium intensity. A lot of tension and good flow on the palate, balanced.
