The white wine Malvasia, vintage 2008 from the winery Zidarich has been rated in 2011 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Malvasia from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Bright, slightly opaque golden yellow. Compact nose with notes of chamomile, baked apple, some grapefruit and wild thyme. Shows great playfulness on the palate, fine fruit, paired with subtle tannin notes, which in this case do not interfere with the wine, but give it an elegant and elegant character.
