Tasting from 27.03.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich red gold, lightly subdued. Opens with notes of resin and cedar, a little smoky, thistle and wild thyme, some baked apple and ginger; exciting aromas. Dances lightly across the palate, yet leaves a lasting impression, juicy and salty, some pear, very long.
