Tasting from 19.03.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Slightly opaque pale golden yellow. Opens with emphatically savoury notes, strong basil, then also orange peel, green peach, underlaid by resinous pine needles. Very nice interplay on the palate, fresh, with well-integrated acidity, good energy in the mouth, some resinous notes again on the finish. .
