Pale straw yellow with green nuances, fine, persistent perlage. Fragrant nose with slightly matured notes of chamomile, mirabelle plums and fresh apple. Lots of fine perlage on the palate, juicy at the start and throughout, creamy, salty finish and long aftertaste.
