Bright, rich golden yellow with persistent mousse. Delicate, slightly smoky nose, cool saltiness, mineral, followed by ripe lemon, some acacia honey, apricot, a lick of tangerine. On the palate balanced and clear, shows delicate texture with befitting mousse, a crisp wine, a lot of fun in the glass.
