Tasting Notes
Brilliant light gold with consistent, microscopic beads. A very complex nose of quince, flint, delicate nutty notes, and bread crust. On the palate initially juicy, the mousse holds itself skilfully in the background, crisp and exciting, it is very harmonious. It is drinking very well at the moment.
More about the tastingBright, pale straw yellow. Opens on the nose with iodine, salt, then slightly bacony, shows little fruit. Then on the palate, it displays a perky mousse, tightens promptly, still very young, crisp and salty, should remain a little in the bottle.
