The sekt Perpetuum Südtiroler Sekt DOC Extra Brut from the winery Arunda has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Blauburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense, rich gold in colour with a persistent mousse. On the nose fine notes of candied pineapple, freshly baked bread, golden apple, and hints of blood orange. The palate is fresh and juicy with fine fruit texture and very well integrated mousse. Spreads well, majoring on persistent and juicy yellow fruit.
More about the tastingBrilliant straw yellow with light, golden reflections. Great, inviting nose, delicate aromas of dried pineapple, ripe mango and light honey, as well as some Golden Delicious apple. Fresh on the palate with a lively mousse, compact and juicy with a long finish.
