The sekt Perpetuum Südtiroler Sekt DOP Extra Brut from the winery Arunda has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Südt. Blauburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense, rich straw yellow with delicate light golden reflections. Exciting and inviting nose of candle wax, vanilla pod, strawberry, with a clear citrus note, multi-layered, complex. Crisp and dry on the palate with well-integrated mousse, juicy, pure, cutting and precise on the finish, finishes cleanly.
