Tasting Notes
It has a brilliant light gold colour, with a delicate and persistent mousse. There are lovely matured aromas of fresh brioche, with a hint of baked apple, some fresh apricot, and beeswax. It has a finely woven palate, and is very creamy and round, unfolding beautifully, with a fine mousse, and it lingers for a long time.
