The sparkling wine Perpetuum Südtiroler Sekt DOC Extra Brut from the winery Arunda has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense, rich light gold with persistent mousse. On the nose, fine notes of candied pineapple, freshly baked bread, golden apple, plus delicate blood orange. On the palate it is fresh, juicy, with fine fruit texture and very well integrated mousse, spreads in the back on yellow fruit, comes back persistently juicy.
More about the tastingBrilliant straw yellow with light, golden reflections. Great, inviting nose, soft notes of dried pineapple, ripe mango, light honey and a hint of golden delicious apple. Fresh on the palate with a lively mousse, compact and juicy with a long finish.
