The sparkling wine Perpetuum Südtiroler Sekt DOC Extra Brut, vintage 2019 from the winery Arunda has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Blauburgunder, Weissburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
An intense, luminous straw yellow. Distinct yeast notes and fresh crusty white bread on the nose, then yellow plums, some lemon balm. Dry on the palate with a slight drying feel, a very fine mousse, clean, with a razor-sharp finish.
