Tasting Notes
Deep, opaque dark red colour in the glass. The notes on the nose continue this impression with sloe, black cherry and elderberry pulp, even some graphite, all dense and dark. These aromas are all retained on the palate, but what is added is a fine freshness. Well-structured, elegant tannins, perhaps not quite up to scratch in terms of refinement, but simply an excellent red wine.
