Tasting from 14.09.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Has the colour of naturally cloudy apple juice. The aroma is more reminiscent of a Sancerre from Sébastien Riffault: yeast, stewed apple, nectarine, a hint of gooseberry and balsamic herbs. In the mouth, the wine has a silky yet structured phenolic quality on an oily base. The good length allows the wine to finish harmoniously, relaxed and calm.
