Tasting Notes
Galler Winery is an absolute pioneer in the cultivation of hybrid grape varieties and is again at the start with a Cabernet Blanc. Ageing in small oak barrels has removed the shrill notes typical of the grape variety from the Réserve. It comes across as very distinguished and integrated. On the palate, too, it is the structure that scores points. Dense, tightly meshed, viscosity and peppery ripeness, with white peach.
