Tasting Notes
A pale golden yellow in colour. The aroma is ripe and savoury, but has also retained citrus aromas and a fresh style. The palate impression is full-bodied, powerful, yet still with youthful extract tension, the nutmeg aroma is vivid, but not penetratingly one-sided, there are also caramelised aromas, rosemary and juniper.
More about the tastingQuince, nutmeg, lavender, buttery notes on the nose, developed but still with good freshness. Powerful and at the same time intensely full-bodied palate, striking acidity, high intensity in the mid-palate, no longer very savoury on the finish, but clearly tactile-mineral.
