Savoury varietal aromas, including (but not exclusively) green bell pepper, medlar and Reine Claud plum. On the palate, the wine shows the variety in an unusually full-bodied way, silky, with ripe acidity. The finish is grapey, slightly herbal and savoury, full, homogenous and long.
