Neue, weiße Rebsorte gezüchtet aus Riesling, Sauvignon blanc und Resistenzpartner. Aromen: Mirabelle, Maracuja, Sommerblütenhonig, ätherische Kräuter, Fenchelsamen, Lavendelnote Speiseempfehlung Gerösteter grüner Spargel mit geschmolzenen Kirschtomaten, abgeschmeckt mit Knoblauch und Ahornsirup, kross auf der Haut gebratenes Hühnchen in Weißweinjus. Vinifikation Schonend gepresst, spontan im Eichenfass gegoren, 12 Monate auf der Hefe gereift, gefüllt mit nur einer groben Filtration.

A light golden yellow in colour. A hint of new oak and ripe, savoury rather than citrusy nutmeg aromas. On the palate, the wine has volume and substance, a layer of silky phenolics harmonises well with the supple background and the ripe, yet firm acidity. Spice and structure are combined.
