Bright onion skin pink. Aromas of toasted brown bread on the nose, cool smoke, slightly salty and blackcurrant on the finish. Crisp and fine texture on the palate, straight as a poker and almost steely over the tongue, completely dry. The perfect pairing with cold cuts!
