Tasting from 14.02.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Fine bouquet of Williams pears, fresh rolls, white flowers and nuances of roasted almonds. Juicy, slightly salty palate initially with taut acidity and balanced mousse. Extremely long finish with light citrus notes. Very elegant. A wonderful accompaniment to food.
