Tasting Notes
Bright salmon red with orange hues. Intense notes of red fruit, cherry, wild strawberries and some blood orange as well as rose biscuits beguile the nose. Creamy, with a dry texture on the palate, a very fine mousse. Attractive, slightly tart grapefruit notes in the aftertaste. Fresh, juicy and invigorating on the finish.
