Tasting Notes
Intense aromas of elderberry and acacia blossom, notes of yellow fruit, stone fruit and candied ginger, nuances of Earl Grey tea, giving an astringent earthiness, complemented by biscuit and brioche. Distinctly dry on the palate, with fine, juicy acidity, minerality and subtle notes of yeast, long finish. A First Class Crémant, to be enjoyed both on its own or with food.
