Bright old pink color. An engaging bouquet of mint, white pepper and rose. As it opens subtle brioche notes, candied apple and grapefruit zest develop. Gripping and mouth-filling on the palate, surrounded by an elegant mousse and acidity. Multi-layered, intense aftertaste with great complexity, simply delicious.
