Tasting from 14.02.2019

Delicate yellow stone fruit tones underpinned by herbal savouriness, especially mint and tarragon. Subtle brioche notes. Weighty on the palate, moderated by lively acidity, a fine mousse and taut minerality. Salty noisette notes in the aftertaste. Cool, austere style, very elegant with a long finish.
