This has a bright greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. On a slightly smoky nose there are aromas of brioche, with citrus zest, quince, and a touch of fresh garden herbs. It is linear on the palate, with a fine mousse, and pithy acidity. The finish is bone dry and vivid, with a long salty aftertaste. This is great pleasure to drink.
