Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow in colour with silvery reflections. A complex nose of apple skin, Reineclaude and herbs, with some young tobacco leaves and wet stone in the background too. It's gripping on the palate, at the same time demanding and straightforward, with a tart acidity and a purist structure. The very fine mousse leads into the long finish which carries some fleur de sel and lemon preserve notes. A sophisticated Riesling-based Cremant.
