Tasting Notes
Sea-spray and ozone, a hint of lemon zest and the very slightest hint of toasted white bread make for a subtle nose. More air brings a touch of florality. The palate is taut, bright, super-fresh and sprightly, yet anchored in lemony, saline depth. There is a slight hint of fresh hazelnut on the lithe body, very fine mousse and a sense of serene, lemony-scented freshness. There is lovely, chalky-textured, salty, peppery length. This is subtle but grows on you – and gets under your skin.
