Tasting from 19.11.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser, Othmar Kiem und Ulrich Sautter

Pale greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicate nuances of flint and fresh yellow tropical fruit, mixed with subtle saffron, vineyard peach and flowers - a very nuanced, multi-faceted bouquet. Medium-bodied on the finely structured palate, it's firm and mineral with a core of extract sweetness. A hint of stone fruit and pineapple echo the nose, and there's a salty minerality on the finish.

Light lemon-green with silver highlights. The complex bouquet combines flint and fresh golden tropical fruit with hints of saffron, vine peach and blossom. Medium-bodied, taut and mineral, it has pronounced flavours of stone fruit and pineapple, fine structure, saline minerality, and lemon on the finish. Still very youthful, it conveys a delicate, silky drinking pleasure.
