Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Delicately nutty chocolate notes, black berries, fine vanilla, a hint of Perigord truffle and oak, balsamic savouriness, a very seductive bouquet. Rich, complex, ripe heart cherry and cassis, round, supporting tannins, pronounced in fruit finish, very good freshness and harmony, already very accessible, some nougat on the finish, already a great food companion in its youth. (2020 - 2070) Tasted by Peter Moser, 1/2021.
More about the tastingDeep dark ruby with purple reflections, subtly brighter at the edge. Fine black berries, a hint of truffle, bourbon vanilla and fresh sweet cherry – multi-faceted and very inviting. Juicy, highly elegant, finesse-rich acid structure appears emphatically light-footed and with a perfect structure. From a single mould, again a great, seamless Grange with an endless finish and great freshness. Could be enjoyed immediately in its early stages.
