Tasting Notes
Dark garnet with a subtle watery edge. On the nose, nuances of blackberry, cassis and mint, ripe plums, hints of balsamic and a touch of liquorice. Juicy, sweet, dark berry confit, vivid tannins and relatively taut on the long and lingering finish with vegetal savoury notes and a touch of lemon. An idiosyncratic wine with definite ageing potential.
