Bright, pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. A multi-faceted bouquet with notes of fresh meadow herbs, lime zest, a hint of vine peach and a background yellow savouriness with nuances of curry leaf and saffron. Taut and tightly meshed, concentrated with great freshness, perfectly integrated wood, white stone fruit, fine tannins and a long, lingering mineral-salty finish. Will benefit from further bottle ageing. A cool breeze of Tasmania in a glass!
