Tasting Notes
Deep ruby, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Restrained bouquet, subtle herbal savouriness, a hint of orange zest, a touch of nougat. Substantial, ripe blackberry fruit, vivid tannins, still somewhat demanding. Mineral aftertaste and some dark chocolate on the back palate. Fine spice on the finish. Good ageing potential.

More about the tastingDeep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections. Initially restrained and leafy on the nose, showing little fruit at first, becoming more exotic with air, some tea tree oil and a hint of old chocolate, coconut, orange confit. Some stewed sour cherries on the palate, a hint of caramel, mineral impression, very present tannins, lemony acid structure, enormous wood concentration characterizes the wine, coconut and citrus zest on the finish. Very storable thanks to its tannin structure.
