Straw yellow in colour with a slight cloudiness. A restrained sweetness on the nose, fruity with light notes of citrus fruit and spices. Fruity on the palate with a slight sweetness, then a clear hop bitterness quickly comes through, again with citrus notes. Goes well with poultry, seafood and mild cheese.
