Honey yellow with a slight cloudiness. Relatively light on the nose, with a slight sweetness and light fruity and spicy notes. A clear fruity sweetness on the palate, then the bitterness slowly comes through, which lasts a long time; warming and slightly spicy. Goes well with matured cheese or crème brûlée.
