Nobu, the world’s most recognised Japanese restaurant brand known for its modern cool luxury, has opened a new restaurant in Istanbul.

This week, the luxury Japanese-Peruvian restaurant chain just opened a new Nobu dining location in the heart of Istanbul, following last summer's opening of Nobu Istanbul in the Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Located in Bodrum Loft hotel, the restaurant will offer local delicacies and Nobu’s iconic dishes in one of the many exciting dining spaces including an open terrace with stunning panoramic views of the Bosphorus. Guests can expect classic Japanese dishes fused with inventive Peruvian flavours and cooking techniques mastered by the acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa. 

Since 1994, Nobu has expanded his empire to more than 30 restaurants in 28 different cities around the world. This month, the celebrity chef will also offer a masterclass and an exclusive handcrafted dinner at Hotel Cala di Volpe, Italy.
